1. About UNIVASOR
UNIVASOR is an independently operated initiative offering marketing-related services and opportunities, including creator collaborations, promotional campaigns, lead-generation support, brand visibility, and other services described on its website or in an individual proposal. The exact services available to a client depend on the proposal, package, or written agreement shared before the engagement begins.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services. If you are under 18, you must involve a parent or legal guardian wherever required by applicable law. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the brand or business you represent.
3. Services and Deliverables
UNIVASOR may offer influencer and creator collaborations, social media promotions, campaign coordination, brand awareness, lead-generation support, marketing strategy, reports, business improvement suggestions, and other agreed digital services. Deliverables, timelines, quantities, platforms, pricing, and responsibilities will be specified in the relevant proposal or written communication. Changes to the agreed scope may require additional payment or a revised timeline.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing involves variables outside our control, including audience behaviour, platform algorithms, competition, advertising conditions, creator performance, and market demand. UNIVASOR does not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, leads, sales, registrations, enquiries, conversions, revenue, or profit. Results may be limited or may be zero. Estimates, projections, examples, or previous campaign figures are illustrative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, approved content, and necessary materials; ensure they own or have permission to use supplied assets; respond to approval and information requests within a reasonable time; ensure their products, services, promotions, and claims comply with applicable laws; avoid misleading advertising, fraudulent offers, prohibited products, and unlawful activities; and pay agreed fees on time. Missing information, late approvals, or client-side changes may affect timelines. UNIVASOR is not responsible for delays or results caused by such circumstances.
6. Proposals, Pricing, and Payments
Pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, and applicable taxes will be communicated before the service begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins after the required payment and materials are received; payments must use the method communicated by UNIVASOR; requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges; an enquiry or discussion does not confirm a booking; and third-party expenses, advertising budgets, creator fees, and platform charges are included only when expressly stated. Taxes and statutory charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please review the scope, price, deliverables, and timeline before paying. Unless a different written policy applies, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, creators have been booked, or campaign execution has begun, subject always to applicable law. Cancellation requests made before work begins will be reviewed against applicable contractual and legal obligations. If UNIVASOR cannot deliver a service, the parties will discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling, an alternative deliverable, or a refund where required by law or agreed in writing. Nothing in this policy removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Creator and Influencer Collaborations
Where a service involves creators, influencers, publishers, or other third parties, availability, participation, and posting schedules may change. Content and posting requirements are governed by the applicable campaign agreement. UNIVASOR will communicate material changes when reasonably possible, but creator participation does not guarantee views, engagement, enquiries, or sales. Unless expressly agreed, UNIVASOR does not guarantee that a creator's audience will purchase or engage with an offer. Creators must follow applicable advertising-disclosure rules and agreed campaign requirements. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about their own products and services.
9. Content, Intellectual Property, and Usage Rights
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Clients retain rights to their own materials, subject to third-party rights, and grant UNIVASOR permission to use supplied materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, designs, reports, videos, and other created materials depend on the applicable proposal or written agreement. Payment alone does not transfer third-party intellectual property or rights that neither party owns. Neither party may use the other's trademarks, confidential materials, or content beyond the permissions granted.
10. Portfolio, Testimonials, and Case Studies
UNIVASOR may display its own work, campaign results, or client feedback for promotional purposes where it has the necessary permission or other lawful basis. Third-party case studies, testimonials, logos, or campaign results will not be represented as UNIVASOR's own work unless that representation is accurate and authorised. Clients who do not want their name, logo, or campaign materials used in public promotional content should communicate this in writing before the engagement so applicable restrictions can be agreed.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Services may involve third-party platforms, websites, payment processors, creators, or advertising tools. Their policies, features, availability, or fees may change, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply. UNIVASOR is not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, algorithm changes, or actions outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Communication and Approvals
Clients may contact UNIVASOR through methods provided on the website. Written messages, proposals, and approvals may document the agreed scope and material changes. Clients should carefully review campaign content before approving publication. Changes requested after approval or after work has begun may affect costs and timelines.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
UNIVASOR may collect information submitted through forms, emails, enquiries, payments, and service-related communications to respond to enquiries, provide services, coordinate campaigns, maintain records, process payments, and meet legal obligations, in accordance with applicable law and the UNIVASOR Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorised to share.
14. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website or services to commit fraud or impersonation; promote misleading or illegal products or claims; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; submit false information or unauthorised materials; interfere with the website, systems, forms, or services; manipulate campaign metrics or engage in prohibited fake engagement; or harass, threaten, or abuse creators, clients, team members, or users. UNIVASOR may decline, suspend, or discontinue a service where there is a reasonable concern about unlawful activity, material breach, or risk to people, platforms, or the business.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNIVASOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or expected campaign results. Responsibility for a claim will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, including applicable non-excludable consumer rights. Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, pricing, product quality, customer fulfilment, and compliance obligations.
16. Suspension and Termination
Either party may request termination in accordance with the applicable service agreement. UNIVASOR may suspend or terminate a service where a client materially breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, provides unlawful materials, or creates a significant legal or safety risk. On termination, outstanding payment obligations and agreed cancellation terms remain applicable, subject to law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive where legally appropriate.
17. Events Outside Our Control
UNIVASOR is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including major platform disruptions, internet or power failures, natural disasters, government actions, widespread service outages, or third-party unavailability. Where practical, the parties will discuss a reasonable adjustment to timelines or delivery arrangements.
18. Complaints and Disputes
For concerns about a service, payment, or campaign, contact UNIVASOR through the email or contact method displayed on the website. Include relevant order or campaign details and a clear description of the issue. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. This process does not prevent either party from exercising rights available under applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory legal protections or jurisdictional rules that apply. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
UNIVASOR may update these Terms when services, practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Updated Terms apply prospectively where required by law. Material changes to an existing paid engagement will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
21. Electronic Acceptance
By selecting an 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions' checkbox, submitting a form that incorporates these Terms, or purchasing a service after being given access to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For forms requiring acceptance, the checkbox should be unticked by default and acceptance should be recorded with the relevant submission.
22. Contact UNIVASOR
